“Could be better with some minor improvements”

The location is near the station in Trastevere, about 20 mi. Walking to the center of Trastevere. Helpful hosts, excellent instructions. Shared kitchen available if you want to use it. It sits on the main road, so it’s noisy in the mornings, especially when they come to collect the rubbish. There’s a lot of dust in the radiator. Need more pillows; only one is provided and it’s very thin.

I liked the e‑check‑in and e‑check‑out process, simple and efficient. The hotel is very basic, but the room was cozy and clean. It isn’t close to the city centre, yet public transport serves it well. I didn’t appreciate the shared kitchen corner arriving in a mess with garbage to clear away. In the shabby room’s bathroom the welcome kit was missing, and there was no shower cap even though the shower can’t be used without risking wet hair.

There was a hiccup with the facilities, but they moved us without us having to ask, and the swap was very favorable!

Very well located and comfortable. Easy public transport access and you can walk to many historic/tourist spots in Rome. Trastevere is a great area; I would stay here again without hesitation! The single beds could be spaced further apart.
