The staff were very polite and kept me updated, so I felt safe throughout my stay. It was my first time in Miyazaki, but the hotel was easy to find, just a short walk from the airport, and the parking was handy. Every item I needed was in the room, making it comfortable.

The communication was quick and efficient, and the hotel is very close to the airport.
