The location is great. The room is too small and basic, but it’s cheap for the price.

The hotel didn’t accept the reservation payment and insisted it wasn’t paid, so we had to pay again, even though the confirmation said it was paid.

I didn’t get a water bottle in the room; if they want to charge for it that’s fine, but it should just be there. I’m not sure whether it was Booking or the hotel, but at first I was told I’d pay on arrival, then a day before I received an email demanding payment because my reservation wasn’t confirmed and that I might arrive after 6 pm, which is unacceptable.

It’s okay for a short stay, but the bathroom’s shower door is very uncomfortable.
