The location suited my work needs, but the front desk was off, unfriendly, and seemed perpetually angry; the woman wouldn’t even look up my membership number so I could use the internet, and when I tried to connect from the room it failed, forcing me to use my phone’s data for work.

The bed was comfortable, but the room felt extremely dated and overpriced. A wedding or some other large party was happening, so the hallways were loud. When I tried to place an order for food, the service didn’t answer the phone; I had to call the front desk to reach them for two different orders.

We paid a lot of money and received an old and dirty room. The man at the reception was very unfriendly. The pool was not as shown in the photos and it was located right in the lobby. It was truly disappointing after a long trip.
