The front‑desk lady was very friendly, yet the experience was terrible: people screamed and made noise in the hallways all night, clearly ignoring other guests. The building is poorly sound‑proofed, making the stay especially unpleasant, and the TV reception was awful with an antenna that barely picked up channels. Moreover, the hotel’s low occupancy made the stay feel even less enjoyable. In short, a disappointing stay, mainly due to the noise and lack of quiet.

Breakfasts, lunches, and the staff’s friendliness and availability were positives, but the room and bathroom had no wardrobe or shelves, making storage impossible; evening dining was lacking, breakfast was not included in the price, and it was unclear where the policy stated that meals were not covered—most guests, myself included, expect lunch and dinner to be the main meals, not breakfast.

“Décevant”

The location gave easy access to the embarkation port, but there was no elevator and the room on the third floor had unresolved water damage and a musty smell.

For an elderly person, the four floors without an elevator are problematic—please note this beforehand.
