The location is great, and the reception staff are young Saudi men who are excellent. However, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms, no shower rods, no multi‑purpose drinking glasses, and no variety of small and large spoons.

The location, room cleanliness, and facilities are all good. Breakfast is tasty, but I believe you have the best.

The staff, service, cleanliness and soap were all excellent, but the plumbing was a nightmare – water flooded the entire bathroom and the drainage was completely dark.

The reception staff, especially Ibrahim and Mashael Abaa, were more than wonderful.
