Good location, great service, hospital reception Noora was great

The spot was great, especially the location and Ms Girly. Our apartment sat right next to the garbage room and the water pump, which was a real hassle. The director skimmed my WhatsApp messages but never got back to me, which was a let‑down. The cleaning crew were friendly, polite and helpful, while the reception staff were hit‑or‑miss – sometimes they helped, other times they just ignored us. The whole stay could have been smoother if communication and customer service were more reliable. Water pressure was spotty; a shower would start with low pressure and then spike, especially when turning on hot water, which made it hard for the kids to handle the sudden surge.

We loved the attitude of the receptionist; we arrived very late, and she allowed us to check out later the next day They arrived with a bed for the child and set it up—a truly lovely team. It's worth the price we paid; there's nothing to complain about
