Location. Manager had to be involved to get .me bathroom towels. No bathroom towels, asked several times for it didn't get it till next day. Shower tub dirty and old. Several burns mark on carpet Broken mirror A day before my check out , they knocked on my door and asked me to leave, I told the employee I still have one more day , then I have to go downstairs to the receptionist who said its a mistake. Not organized, not professional at all

موقع الإقامة ممتاز طاقم العمل جميعهم متعاونين جدًا أشكرهم من كل قلبي قيمة الغرفة مع موقعها وقربها من الحرم. يوجد عيب واحد في الغرفة تحتاج تنظيف للسجاد لأنه جدًا متسخ للأسف وبعض المفارش ايضًا يوجد بها بقع فأتمنى الاهتمام بهذه النقطة والحرص على نظافتها وتغييرها اقترح توفير وجبة الفطور لكافة زوار الفندق

It was good near to Haram. 5 mins walking. They do not have car parking, also the lift was not working properly. lift size is too small
