The Concept Hotel PJCC - Near Sunway Lagoon

“I had a very pleasant stay.”

Accessible and close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

There were plenty of conveniences around the hotel, like restaurants and laundromats, but the staff weren’t very friendly, except for one helpful employee.

I had a great stay at Berbaloi, the price was fair and the location was spot on.

“comfy bed clean toilet except some rude hotel guests, hotel must take action on guests like this”

The toilet is clean and the interior is quite nice and up to date, but on the first night guests across the room were smoking, the smoke filled the room, and a guest played loud music as if they owned the hotel; with the doors partially open I couldn’t sleep because of the smoke and the music. Even after I shouted and asked them to be quiet, they kept playing the music and smoking. I told the receptionist, but he said he didn’t understand what I was saying.

“Overall, it was a nice and pleasant stay, staff was nice and the place is easily accessible.”

It was cute, cosy and comfortable, and it was 85 % clean. However, the room didn’t have a window like the picture showed, and there were stains on the towels.
