A warm welcome, a very comfortable room, good value for money and a fair price. I liked everything, and the decor was nice.

“Goed bed in de stad”

The beds were comfortable, close to the city center, and the parking garage was across the street; the showers were nice. Noise from the neighboring room seeped in through the ventilation system, so if a few enthusiastic people were chatting at 2 a.m. you could hear it.

“A brief visit for a theatre show.”

Convenient for an overnight stay, and it met my purpose perfectly, so I had nothing to dislike.

“A truly disappointing experience.”

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were awful for nearly 200 pounds; the room was tiny, the bathroom and toilet shared the same enclosed space and felt even tighter than caravan bathrooms, I paid for a double bed and received two singles, and the TV was mounted so high on the wall that I couldn't watch it from the bed.

“A Good Place to Stay for the night.”

It was a great location for the event we were attending. The shower was good. It is a little compact but it was fine for one night. This was not a noisy hotel, heard a few folk coming back from places late, but on the whole it was not a noisy or rowdy hotel. One thing puzzled me. I have stayed here on numerous occasions before, but this time, the bed was very hard. I know it's a subjective thing and I would rather have a firm bed than a soft but for some reason my mattress felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Have the hotel changed mattresses recently, or got a new supplier? Having said this, my husband had no problem with his bed/mattress and slept fine. So perhaps it was just me? I'm not sure. Other than this and the fact we would have liked a bigger shelf in the room (to put things on), for one night our stay was fine
