“Booked here from social media reels. Enjoyed it but would have been better during the summer months.”

Nice and spacious rooms with great city views. We stayed just out of season, so all the cushions on the sun beds were gone. Some of the finer items had slightly poor workmanship. It took 30 minutes to drive to central Tirana because of traffic.

“Not as expected”

Nothing positive. Everything was bad: the rooms didn’t smell fresh, the bed was uncomfortable, and the location made it hard to walk around or get anywhere without a taxi. I was happy to leave.

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful with all requests, the rooms were spacious, and the restaurants were high‑quality.

The rooftop offered a great view, but the room's view was disappointing, the hallway was dark, and we found insects and hair in the bed, which made the cleanliness level unacceptable.

“Below average”

The breakfast was cold and not good; the main room had dirty marks on the walls, the sink didn’t drain quickly, a door handle in the toilet fell off, and three downstairs toilets were unusable. When we told reception about the bad breakfast, she apologized but didn’t fix the issue; we requested a complimentary hot drink when we left because we couldn’t have breakfast the next day, but she said rooms only have hot drinks, not just a drink.
