“勧められて利用してみたが…”

Front desk was helpful. The shower curtain in the room had a 2 cm stain that looked like blood. Before using the toilet, hair that seemed like pubic hair was on the floor. The bathtub drain wouldn’t flow during use, and there was red mold in several places. Breakfast was supposedly free, but the start time was too late for me, so I couldn’t use it. I wished there was a service to bring pre‑made onigiri and a small side dish if you can’t use breakfast the next day. Even though it was a smoking room, the smell soaked into my clothes.

“朝食バイキングは美味しかった”

The first floor has vending machines for drinks, alcohol, and instant ramen. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and there’s a free self‑service coffee station. When I arrived on the last Shinkansen, the convenience store next to the station was only open until 9:30 am. There were no other convenience stores around the station or hotel, so I couldn’t do any quick shopping (not the hotel’s fault, though…).

“Scary and disgusting”

The staff were nice and breakfast was good. The first night was a nightmare: a huge brown stain on the lower part of the bed was disgusting. The front desk lady was kind and helped me switch rooms, but there were no more non‑smoking rooms that night, so I ended up in a smoking room that was extremely stinky. It took a toll mentally, and I’m not sure how much the second‑hand smoke affected me physically. Luckily I got a non‑smoking room the next nights.
