The place was filthy, full of dust and cockroaches, and the mattress was so hard it hurt my back. The window was broken, a pipe was leaking, and the water heater didn’t work properly. I didn’t like it at all.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly; there was hair on the bed and both the blanket and sheets were stained. I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness and want a refund. I won’t stay here again.

I didn’t like anything. The hotel feels old and creepy, I saw trash in the bin that looked like it had been there for years, and as soon as I entered the hotel grounds I felt unsafe.
