The staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is quite close to the center, only about 17 minutes on foot. The only thing that could be improved is that it gets a bit cold and the heating system isn’t very powerful, but everything else was perfect.

The communal kitchen was incredibly useful when traveling with a toddler, and the room was large enough to accommodate a travel cot.

The host was very good :)). The only downside was the number of stairs, haha.

Everything was perfect. Nour was so welcoming and spent time telling us about the accommodation and what there was to see and do in the area. The room was amazing, comfortable, clean and warm. I highly recommend it. It was all good.
