The only good thing about this place is its location, very close to the subway station. After 4 years of travelling around the country, I've stayed in all kinds of accommodation, but. there was so much damp that there were quite a few stains in the bathroom. I wouldn't cook in the kitchen at all. The best thing about the place was that it had a washing machine. I'd recommend paying more attention to cleanliness and damp issues, as they can be harmful to your health
