Nothing positive to mention. The staff insisted I had no reservation.

I appreciated that I could request a spot near the water even though I hadn’t paid for the Marina Side; sorry for the caps. The stay was friendly and the staff were genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the staff were treated horribly and were not willing to accommodate guests properly.
