“Fantastic location for a fantastic location.”
Parking at Diocletian Palace isn’t possible, so we booked parking through the hotel and received clear instructions that were updated as we went; we met at the parking space and a staff member carried our bags to the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were fine, for instance they asked if we wanted breakfast and offered a packed option if we didn’t, and one day I accidentally put the do‑not‑disturb sign on the door and they texted me to confirm that was what I wanted because they were happy to clean the room for us—something I’ve never experienced before, probably because it’s a boutique hotel. We’re right in the middle of the pedestrianised area, walking through restaurants to get in, but we never heard any outside noise even though our room was on the same floor as reception (1st floor). The air‑con worked brilliantly and we had everything we needed. A very nice, well‑located hotel with lovely staff. Nothing negative.
