Breakfast was decent and the room was clean when we arrived. However, housekeeping was terrible – we had to keep asking for extra towels, and we kept having to reprogram our keys.

The staff were great. No negatives.

The breakfast was okay and the location was fine. Everything else was awful: my children, aged 1 and 4, were too loud, the staff called the cops to remove us, and the baby got filthy crawling on the floors – definitely not family friendly.

Rooms were not cleaned properly, many stains on the sheets, towels left inside the room, AC not working – a very bad stay.

The employees were very nice. Unfortunately, I left my favorite sandals there and they never got back to me about them; I know it was my fault, but it would have been nice to recover them.
