“Disfruta de una estadía cómoda y tranquila en un alojamiento pensado para ofrecer bienestar, descanso y una experiencia”
We had an excellent experience. The location was great because it’s close to the beach. The room was spacious, bright, and had good air conditioning. The pool was comfortable and suitable, and the living room was large and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, with a roomy fridge and excellent cleanliness. We also want to highlight the overall cleanliness of the place, the security service that gives guests peace of mind, and the staff’s attentiveness and readiness to help. The only issue was that the lock on our room was worn and jammed, making entry and exit difficult. Maintenance staff acted quickly and replaced the lock. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and praised the quality of the facilities, cleanliness, and staff attitude. Highly recommended! The lock on the door should have been fixed before we arrived, which made for an uncomfortable moment. These details should be checked and fixed before guests arrive to ensure a smooth, hassle‑free arrival.
