The hotel is pretty and well‑located, but the towels weren't fully clean.

The location is great and the hotel itself is pretty, with nice corridors and common areas, but the room was awful: some lights didn't work, the bathroom lid was broken, the bed was lumpy, it got very hot and only had a tiny fan, and there was no storage space.

The food and treatment were terrible; people were mistreated because of their nationality. The staff were very disrespectful, the rooms were dirty, and they didn't help with luggage service.
