Good location. The room and bathroom were very large. There was no breakfast; only a coffee machine with two capsules, and no kettle was provided to guests in the other room. The bathroom was generally clean but the toilet was clearly old. The sheets and blankets were mediocre quality. The value for money was not balanced.

The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, and parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The house is extremely clean and comfortable, and the lady was incredibly kind. We arrived Saturday evening but had a car problem, and she helped us resolve it with great availability—she was truly very kind.

The previous guests’ reviews convinced me to book here, and everything we read turned out to be true: the welcome was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable with a large bathroom, and there was a coffee machine, biscuits, and brioche for breakfast. We stayed just one night for the Truffle Fair, but I would have stayed longer.
