The location is nice and the terrace is well kept, yet you can still step outside to enjoy the view. The hotel is poorly managed; the restaurant staff made breakfast with us and constantly monitored what we ordered, and when we mentioned being uncomfortable with their gaze we were told to “shut up.” The rooms need maintenance, especially the kitchen and breakfast area where hygiene is lacking, and the public restrooms are awful. Don’t rely on the hotel for restaurant recommendations; the “Han Mutfak” food is average and overpriced. The 30 % food‑and‑drink discount on Booking isn’t applied. The free parking is actually 350 m away from the hotel in a public lot that feels unsafe at night. In terms of price‑to‑performance, there are better options.

There is no value at all; the price‑service ratio is very bad.

The location is fine, but there is no hot water at night, no iron in the room (only one iron is shared with the whole hotel), no parking and the nearest parking costs 500 tl per night. The heater doesn’t work, the TV is tiny and I had to ask for the remote. The hotel doors lock at 12 am and you must find someone to open them for you. There are better and cheaper places to stay.
