The location is good, set in a quiet neighborhood, only a block or two from food and shops. The bathroom is small and the shower has weak water flow. The patio door lacks a good seal, so rainwater leaked inside.

Big rooms, friendly staff, and a great location; the daily breakfast was also excellent—real value for money.
