The location was amazing, right in the heart of Williamsburg, and the balcony view was beautiful, yet the price was astronomical and I was really disappointed; the finishings were fine but not luxurious, the blow dryer was a very low‑budget option, my room wasn’t cleaned unless I asked, and the room‑service prices were absolutely insane.

The room was great with a grand view and the rooftop restaurant/bar was impressive, but the cleanliness was mediocre— the nightstand wasn’t wiped, the phone was sticky and dusty, the coffee machine leaked, and there was no breakfast included in the high price of 900/night.

The location was great, but the rooms felt very tired, the check‑in greeting wasn’t warm, and the staff in West Light were very rude; I wouldn’t go there again.

It’s in Brooklyn, but it was dirty, very shabby, and needs updating; the pool closed too early in the season, the gym was tiny and extremely dirty, the elevators were small, creaky, and slow, and at checkout I was charged for many minibar items I didn’t consume and had to complain.

From the pool to the view from your room, even the room‑service breakfast was good— one of my favorites in Brooklyn.
