The spot’s location is great, but the building feels too vintage and could use a renovation.

The place offers a huge space, climate control, a pool, and service, plus friendly staff; the staircase looks like a castle, the lighting is noble—almost fairy‑tale like.

We had a great stay. Thanks for the welcome, the friendliness, the excellent breakfast and the spotless room.

The location is perfect relative to the sea and the center of Bellaria, and having a parking spot is a plus. The Depandance lacks good Wi‑Fi, the line in the room doesn’t work, the room was clean but the common areas of the Depandance were very dirty, with spider webs on the walls, and the environment feels a bit shabby.

The welcome and customer care were excellent, and there were no negatives.
