Breakfast was simple but excellent, and the property sits in a beautiful, unique spot. The shower feels a bit dated, and the road to get there is challenging.

The location offers complete immersion in a spectacular natural setting, with wonderful silence at night. The municipal access road is in terrible condition, especially the last kilometre; the local authorities of Bagno di Romagna should be pressed for maintenance.

The owners of this nature‑connected B&B are warm people. We were overall satisfied with our visit! Breakfast was good, not extensive but fine. Otherwise, it was still a wonderful stop on our road trip. However, I have to point out that we arrived by motorcycle, and seven other guests also came by bike at the same time. In principle, there was plenty of space to park for everyone, but the path to the courtyard was not exactly a smooth ride. From the relatively well‑maintained street you have to turn onto a road that is more pothole than asphalt. We had to ride at a walking pace in places, and as a passenger I had to dismount at times. It’s doable, but the other biker friends also respected the road.
