The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff were courteous. However, the hotel didn't let us know before check‑in that the pool was out of service for the entire stay; had we known, we would have booked elsewhere, and the overall price felt too high.

A nice location, but my daughter’s little stuffed bear vanished from the room; we don’t know if it was stolen or a mistake, and we never got any follow‑up after reporting it to reception and housekeeping, which was heartbreaking because she’d had that bear for nine years.

The pool was nice and the breakfasts were good. The elevator worked poorly and there was no French‑speaking staff at reception even though it was listed in the amenities; I also think the hotel should renovate the dirty carpet.
