Magic Kloverhuset Harbour Hotel

I loved the space—it was enough for my whole family to be comfortable. Being in the middle of the central city was a bonus, so everything was within reach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside was that the elevator to the family apartment was too small and cramped.

Wheelchair accessibility and location. We had a great stay, though the addition of a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and toilet would make a big difference

The sofa‑cum‑bed in our family room (Room 225) was broken. We told reception and asked for a replacement or a repair, but nothing was done. In the end, we had to fix it ourselves because the staff said they didn’t have enough people to help. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already pointed out the problem. At least the bunk bed was available and helped us manage, but the lack of support from the hotel was a big let‑down and really affected our stay.

Always a pleasure staying at Magic Kløverhuset! Ibrahim at reception was super helpful and very friendly. You’ll have to search long and hard for such kind and supportive staff. That’s one of the reasons we always choose this place. Clean, tidy, and fantastic location. You get great value for your money.
