“Just ok…would probably book at another hotel unless some major upgrades get done.”

The breakfast was good, but the hotel clearly needs upgrades to all rooms and hallway carpets; it was very run down and we didn’t expect that. The staff, however, were courteous and friendly.

I liked the breakfast, but the walk from the room was long. The area felt pretty seedy and there were vagrants around, so I didn't feel safe.

Everything was fine, except we had to search for a place to eat. No other issues.

The staff were great, but the breakfast was terrible; the toaster didn’t work and the sausage was raw. Everything in the gym was out of order.

“住宿客房让客人整夜无法入睡，无语”

位置优越，. 我们提前几十天预订的房间，入住第一天居然安置在紧邻设备间的客房，隔壁设备的高分贝噪音整夜不停，用来遮挡的薄板都可以感觉到震动。老旧的取暖设备频繁启动，更是叠加剧烈噪音。因入住较晚已无房可以调换，且早起不能变动时间，一夜无眠。虽然第二天调整了房间，但我仍然对酒店继续为客人提供如此低劣品质的客房感到震惊！
