Spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean apartment. Parking spot right in front of the apartment facing the street. The owner, Mario, is very friendly and attentive. At arrival, chilled mineral water, biscuits, tea were prepared, along with coffee, sugar, and salt. We felt very comfortable. I recommend the place! A few small things: the shower bath was missing, unfortunately there is no microwave, some small dishes still stay in the kitchen, and the noise from neighboring apartments can be heard.

The location for exploring the region, the cleanliness of the accommodation, Mario’s responsiveness, and the parking space right in front of the apartment. Nothing else—just a few small additions for the kitchen like a bowl, a cutting board, a vegetable peeler, a pot… but that might just fit our lifestyle.

The house is spacious, meticulously maintained in every detail, and exceptionally clean – the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. In the kitchen, the essential items were sometimes missing, like salt or sugar, but I did find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge. Mario, the host, is courteous and very helpful. I recommend this place and plan to return, especially because of its location. Nothing else to mention.

The apartment sits in a quiet part of Montalbano, close to bars and grill spots and just 10 minutes from Ostuni’s center. Finding the place was easy, and there’s free parking. The newly renovated house is well cared for, clean, and pleasantly scented. Mario is super helpful and friendly, always quick to respond.
