The staff were friendly, but the rooms felt a bit old and could use a small renovation; they weren’t dirty, but they weren’t clean either. The balconies were connected to other rooms, so people could walk behind your windows, which was somewhat disturbing. Overall, it was acceptable for Munich given the price and what you get.

The location was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and it was a bargain for Munich.

The staff were super kind and helpful, but the shower was dirty (see photo) and there was no hot water in the morning. You could simply go onto the balcony from other rooms because there is no proper separation.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast could be started a quarter‑hour earlier if requested. No complaints.
