The service was polite and the price was good, the room was clean and spacious, and the natural spring was a pleasant bonus, though the shower pressure in the bath was a bit weak.

The quality of the onsen water was excellent, the owner was very kind, and the ski resort right in front makes winter the best time to visit; I definitely want to go again in winter.

We had a fantastic stay. Hari was an outstanding host — very kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication was easy, and everything was well organized and comfortable. His hospitality made a real difference and elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!

The person was friendly, but the house was very cold and poorly heated. I left because it didn't match the room description, and it was my most expensive accommodation in Japan.
