The tub was decent, and they even met our request by giving us two separate beds instead of one big one. The WC and shower room were very polite. On the ground floor there’s a great café and the breakfast they serve there is truly tasty.

I booked and paid a week in advance and even told them my arrival time. The room and keys weren’t ready when I got there. The service manager didn’t answer phone calls or text messages. After checking out I still haven’t received a receipt despite several requests.

Everything was great, clean, quiet and friendly. The buffet had no tea, or I couldn’t find it. I had specifically booked and emphasized that I wanted 1 single bed and 1 large (!!!) double bed, but we were given 3 narrow beds. For two adults who aren’t skinny, that was unexpected.

Check‑in went smoothly; you get the key from a key‑box. The room was modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was great and wide. Breakfast includes one dish from the UKAS café menu, juice, and coffee. Service was very friendly and quick. Pastries and cake are freshly made daily and the prices are excellent!
