I had a great stay at this hotel: the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful, and check‑in was quick and easy. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good, and the hotel offered great value for the price.

Breakfast was decent, but in one of the rooms I booked there was no A/C and roaches in the bathroom; the pool was nasty.

We were woken up at 6 am by a false fire alarm with no explanation, I was overcharged, and the staff were rude. The advertised price was clickbait; they ended up charging triple, and we could have stayed at a better place close to the beach for that price.

The hotel was clean and organized, and there was nothing to complain about.
