The suspended bed swung like a swing every time you turned, creating a seasick feeling.

The place, easy check‑in. The bed hung crooked because the wall attachment was missing, so you couldn’t sleep comfortably.

The air conditioning failed during the summer heatwave, and the property had known about it beforehand but didn’t tell us. We only discovered the problem when we entered the room. Repairmen arrived at 7am two days later and never fixed it. The hotel offered a discount for the inconvenience, but when I asked for more details they didn’t reply. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a booking.
