The breakfast area was spacious, the food was fresh and tasty, and it suited the family's tastes. The dishes were arranged well, giving us good energy for the day. Some rooms could use more decoration and a refresh of older equipment. It would be nice if the hotel arranged a shuttle service for guests who booked in advance.

The room was clean and roomy, with a nice view. The best part was how close it was to Fansipan Legend, restaurants, markets, and The Rong May Bridge, saving us commuting time. Indian restaurants were a 10‑minute drive away. The bathroom was clean, though it could have been better. Nothing major to complain about. The staff were warm and courteous, and I would definitely recommend it. The restaurant lacked vegetarian options; only fruit, bread, marmalade, and butter were offered. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we couldn't really enjoy it.
