The staff were fine, as was the food, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The booking site claims the rooms have a sea view or a mountain view, but there is no mountain view—just a street view with tall buildings, so you see no scenery. Gently, that isn’t true. The mattresses in the rooms are old and uncomfortable; we are thin, so we still sleep on the hard floor. We’re on vacation with a free schedule, so why should I have to commit to set meal times in advance?
