the morning staff were very bright and the breakfast was good. the elevator was broken………… the lowest floor w/ my room type that was available was the 3rd floor…… i had a wagon full of things w/ my 2 kids for my sons soccer tournament……

The room was very good on my humble view. Nonetheless, WiFi guest is slow TV WiFi insanely too slow!!! I could not be able to watch Netflix Also, elevator was out of service during all my stay!!!

The room was clean, but the elevators were broken and anyone with bad knees can’t manage the stairs; plus the night‑shift lady literally told us she couldn’t get blankets for our pull‑out bed because there were none in our closet.
