Nothing positive, everything. an employee was rude, my husband, I, and our two toddlers had to leave our home because of a mold infestation, and they wouldn’t let us stay without an extra $200 just because we lived in Statesville; 0/10, never recommend.

The room was very nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was quiet, easy to reach from the interstate, and the staff were friendly, but I couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it didn’t start until 6:30 am and I had to be at work by 6:45; a buffet would have let me grab something to go. I also disliked the lack of a shower shelf for my products and the absence of a sliding door to keep water off the floor at the entrance. I couldn’t stream Netflix on the TV, and when I called the front desk, Maria couldn’t help.
