Breakfast was good and the kitchen was nice. The beds and bathroom looked like they were from the 1980s.

The hotel was very well situated, 3 km outside Todtnau but very quiet. On some days you could dine in the hotel; the menu was limited but the dishes were excellent. There was no mini‑fridge in the room, which would have been nice. We ended up using the fridge on the corridor, but that one is meant for all guests.

The owner was very friendly, the food was great and the service excellent, yet the room was clean but the furnishings looked like they were from the 1970s and the bathroom was tiny.

We spent three wonderful days at Landgasthaus Kurz; the host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was truly superb—generous, fresh, and a great start to the day. We also dined at the restaurant on two of the three evenings; the food was delicious, well prepared, and the atmosphere pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys hospitality, good food, and a pleasant stay. Nothing fell short of our expectations.
