The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. I stayed in a family room at the rear of the main building that had one king‑size bed and two bunk beds, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bar was lovely, the breakfast was great, and the Swallow Falls waterfall is literally opposite. I think the entry fee should be free for hotel guests. The only small issue was that we were on the ground floor and could hear every footstep from the room above us; fortunately they were fairly quiet, and if they had been louder it would have affected our stay. The outside seating area could be spectacular with a bit more lighting and a patio heater.

Beautiful location with a huge waterfall across the road, very peaceful, secluded area. 15/20 min drive to pen y pass. Staff were lovely and accommodating too. Lot of flies kicking about in the bar/restaurant but kind of expected near the river. Would be nice to have a smart tv the in the bedroom so we can watch streaming platforms
