“Bed was comfy.”

The room stayed clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel’s age isn’t charming, and it sits outside the old town so it’s cheaper than there, but it still isn’t “cheap.” You’ll need a rental car or taxis to get around, which adds to the cost.

The location and view are solid, and the breakfast floor feels nice, yet the building clearly needs a renovation.

“Convienient because our son was in icu at musc and we appreciated the shuttle and the kindness of most of the staff”

The spot is great and the shuttle coffee is handy, but the place isn’t as clean as I’d like, and the old elevator is slow and noisy.

The location is convenient to downtown, reachable by a short drive or shuttle, and the beds are comfy, but my family’s rooms had hair in the corners and bathtub, the sink in my parents’ room didn’t work, and another family member had to request a refund because the floors were filthy and the kids’ feet were black.

The view over the bay is excellent, but the shuttle that was supposed to take us downtown was out of service, causing a small hiccup.
