“Bed was comfortable and clean evening. Staff was lovely morning. Staff was not.”
The bed was comfy, and finding everything was a breeze. The front‑desk lady at check‑in was super nice and helpful, noting a missing chair in our room and promising to pass on that issue; she also mentioned the front‑desk button on the room phone was not operational. However, the breakfast staff around 7:30 am was unpleasant; when I pointed out there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, she was rude, told me to look behind the mirror, and, after reminding her of the missing chair note, she said, “well, I sure hope you just didn’t need it.” I was very disappointed by her attitude.
