Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until the very last moment of my stay, which lasted a whole week. I got all the information I needed beforehand, and although the owners weren’t there in person, they still made an effort to check that I was comfortable, had everything I needed, and they made all my wishes come true. The location is peaceful yet still within walking distance of the city centre. The place is beautifully designed, with a big and incredibly comfortable bed, a lovely kitchen perfect for enjoying a coffee or tea, and the sauna was just the cherry on top. Next time I’m in Ghent, I definitely want to discover Olga’s room. Thank you, Kenzo and Gwyn, for creating this little piece of paradise and for sharing it with others.

The central location is a plus, and the host is friendly. The décor is very stylish, but there is no luggage rack or table, and the shared kitchen feels more like a hostel, which isn’t for everyone; the neighbourhood is also pricey.

The location is great—quiet neighbourhood but still very close to Gent’s known landmarks, stores and restaurants. Kenzo is the best host, very helpful and informative, and the room and common areas are modern and clean. I would just prefer a bit more bright lighting.

It’s very central, close to bars, attractions and shopping, clean, quiet, and the facilities are modern.

Nicely designed, generous in size. The sauna is great. We would have liked to be able to get a tea and coffee without disturbing the owners, as the facilities are shared
