The place is located in a convenient spot, but it's not a hotel at all—it's a motel, and that was a big disappointment. I expected a hotel, but it turned out to be a motel. When I checked out I couldn’t take the key, which made me feel very unsafe about what I left in the room. Because it’s a motel, every time someone rang the bell to be answered, I could hear it from the room, and that happened in the middle of the night. Very disappointed. I thought it might be a simple hotel, but it’s nothing more than a lousy motel.

“Desorganizado”

All I liked was the location. The whole night was noisy—people walking, laughing, talking loudly, and the walls must be MDF because the noise just passes through.

Nothing good. It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel; there’s noise all night from people coming and going, the room is moldy with a stale smell, the bathroom is decayed. It’s a bad place and doesn’t deserve the price.

“Pessima experiencia. Não recomendo”

There was a shower, but it didn’t heat well. There’s no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, no soap dish in the shower, no spot for towels, the sink is wobbly and loose, the bathroom hook is loose and everything falls when I hang clothes. The mattress is as hard as stone, the pillow is hard, and we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast cost 25 reais and the staff didn’t even know what would be served, so we went to a nearby bakery.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, but I was bothered by a damp, mold‑y wall and the fact that the coffee was already sweetened – I prefer it unsweetened and would have liked sugar on the side.
