The staff definitely stand out, but overall the structure and the cleaning need a bit of improvement.

The environment is very nice with a convenient location, the barbecue events are very appreciated, but the place is poorly maintained despite its great potential, cleaning and organisation need improvement.

I stayed here again this year in June, during low season, and there was only one volunteer, Martina, looking after the house while we were 4‑5 guests; the house was clean, tidy, well organised, quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen and a Hiperdino supermarket just a 2‑minute walk away; the local surfers were around daily and you could book surf lessons for just €40; there were plenty of sockets near the beds.
