“Good overall experience”

The rooftop area was really nice, complete with a pool and friendly staff. Breakfast offered vegan choices and the gym was decent. The location was great, and I was allowed to check out a bit later and use the pool into the evening. My window faced a wall, so I couldn’t see outside, which was disappointing since I had booked this trip three months in advance. I didn’t spend much time in the room because of that.

We stayed for seven nights and everything was great, except that all the special dietary options were limited. In a four‑star hotel there should be vegan and gluten‑free choices; the breakfast buffet offered the same three options every day and had no lactose‑free or vegan items. Overall, though, everything else was wonderful.

I didn’t like that, despite asking for a quiet room as a light sleeper, they put me above a building site, and there was a terrible sewage smell in the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

“Relaxing with ever helpful staff who were all helpful and attentative.”

Everything was amazing for everyone. I mentioned that I was vegetarian and they offered to accommodate me; on request, it was easy to eat differently each day. The hotel was close to a bus stop. The bar had very little for teetotallers; the only real juice options were Elderflower or mocktails, and they offered Pepsi but not Coca Cola. The bar staff were lovely.
