Hotel is very well located for people walking on the Via Francigena. Staff at reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was plentiful Restaurant attached to the hotel had an amazing menu of the day with an enormous steak. Decor in the bedroom, bathroom and corridors was tired and a little dated

Hotel in pieno centro città bassa, proprio a fianco del museo del cristallo. Buona e varia la colazione. Buona l'accoglienza. L'hotel ha bisogno di una profonda rinfrescata, in particolar modo la moquette delle parti comuni. Anche alcuni parti del bagno hanno bisogno di manutenzione
