I appreciated the calm that prevails in the establishment and the cleanliness, especially. We paid for breakfast elsewhere, which is something that is free and included in the accommodation fee; we arrived very late but the reception was not warm. The food was not great; in short, the spa, the calm, and the cleanliness attracted us.

I stayed at a pretty spot with helpful staff. They upgraded us when we missed our last night because our return flight changed and they couldn’t refund—our booking was made through booking and paid in advance. The food was excellent! The first room’s balcony glass was cracked, and though it faced the sea, overgrown plants blocked the view. After the upgrade we moved to a villa with a better view, but heavy rain let a lot of water in the room. The shower and bathtub water takes a long time to heat, and depending on the day or time it doesn’t get very hot.

We spent a night there and the beauty of the place won us over right away. We were upgraded and our suite was gorgeous, with a huge balcony offering a breathtaking view. The pool was very nice, but if I had one suggestion it’s to go to the spa for a massage; I tried it and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. The meals were good too. We finished our day with activities, snorkeling, and the hotel’s free sandbank. Highly recommend.
