The only positive thing is the location near Xêpa street, but otherwise it was disappointing. Even though the location is good, the access is very lacking: you enter through a narrow alley and then a steep staircase leads to the back, so carrying heavy luggage is a struggle. Honestly it feels like an abandoned place. The place had an unbearable mold smell. The host even mentioned at check‑in that in recent days there had been rain problems and she almost cancelled our reservation; if she had done that, we would have looked elsewhere or stayed in Natal. The first room we were given had air conditioning that wasn’t cooling, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work even though there was a router on the wall; the host said it was broken. They moved us to another room where the mold smell was even worse, the sheets looked unwashed, and they even sprayed an essence to mask the mold, which only made it worse. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

The location is good, but the walls were dirty, the floor was wet, the room had a mold odor, and the electric shower wasn’t working.

“Excelente localização, ótimo custo benefício, acolhimento pontual, dormitório aconchegante.”

The location is excellent, close to the bakery, convenience stores, shops, and the beach, and there is nothing to complain about.
